Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on the 30th of December 1986. Ellie Goulding, a British musician and singer who gained fame in the year 2010 when her smash singles Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed attracted the attention of the public. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano scream, and an aptitude to write songs that are emotional with inspiring lyrics. Similar to her peers Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of modern mainstream pop and arty independent music.
